These heating controls are recommended as we have tested them and they are simple to upgrade ( or downgrade ) and interchange according to your needs.
There are two main types of controls
Time controls - controls the time things go on and off.
Thermostats - controls the temperature of the environment they are in
If you have a conventional heating system you will need a time control and a thermostat.
If you have a combination heating boiler you may only need a thermostat.
Controls also come in two types - hard wired and wireless, wireless may be more expensive but are much easier to site and upgrade. Wireless hot water cylinder controls are very convenient to fit and use.
You will save money by changing old controls for new ones as they are much more accurate and have tighter tolerances.
Thermostatic radiator valves
We only recommend TRV4 valves as they are suberb quality and can be upgraded to RF zoning at a later date.
